The difference between a life lived in fear and one sourced in a deeper trust is as wide as the Grand Canyon. And yet, we can shift out of fear and into trust in a moment with a mindful pause. We can exercise our choice to feel connected to life’s deeper movements and rhythms. We can connect with our inner sanctuary of presence and know for certain that all is well.
This week’s Awake at Work micropractice “Trust Life” whispers to you that all is well, in all matters of your life and living…all is well. Take the foot off the brake, let yourself go, let yourself be. Show up fully in the dance of life. Step into the arena. Create, connect, contribute, and celebrate. This is it. Live your best life one precious moment at a time.
“Ultimate freedom has nothing to do with your life circumstances – it is the freedom of allowing the self to dissolve into the waves of the ocean. It is the freedom that is born through one’s absolute trust in life.” ― Richard Rudd
What would you stop doing if you absolutely trusted life? What would you start doing? Who would you be and become?
For this week, and for all the weeks that follow. Practice trusting life. Noticing when fear is moving you. Pause and find your breath. If that is all you can trust than trust this breath. Just this inhale and just this exhale. Just this moment. Trust this.
